Summary

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at Balanced Books, LLP, you play a key role in managing

financial reporting, compliance, and advisory services for clients, ensuring accurate and timely

financial information to support decision-making. You will utilize your expertise in accounting

standards, financial management, and regulatory compliance to provide strategic insights and

solutions to clients while maintaining the highest level of professional integrity. Your role will directly

Minimum Qualifications

ย Experience with bookkeeping, financial statement review, payroll quarterly reports, sales tax

reports, 1099 reports, and business property tax statements.

ย Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software (QBO and QB Desktop)

ย Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

ย Master's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

ย 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a client-facing or consulting environment.

ย Experience in a bookkeeping firm, outsourced accounting service, or public accounting

setting.

ย Knowledge of financial process improvement and internal controls best practices.

ย Experience mentoring junior accountants or leading a small accounting team.
