Razzari Ford is seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team in Merced, California.

As part of a Veteran and Family-Owned dealership group serving the Central Valley since 1978, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining strong lender relationships, and creating opportunities for our employees to thrive.

What You'll Do
  • Present finance and protection product options to customers in a professional, transparent, and customer-focused manner.
  • Secure financing through a network of lenders while obtaining competitive approvals and terms.
  • Maximize F&I profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Ensure all finance contracts, paperwork, and transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
  • Present vehicle service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, vehicle tracking system, and other aftermarket products.
  • Review and verify all deal documentation before funding.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure a smooth customer experience from vehicle selection through delivery.
  • Monitor funding and contract-in-transit schedules to ensure timely processing.
  • Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
QualificationsRequired
  • Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience is REQUIRED.
  • Proven track record of strong product penetration and finance performance.
  • Experience with prime, subprime, and special finance lending.
  • Thorough understanding of dealership compliance, federal regulations, and lender guidelines.
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred
  • Experience with Ford dealerships or franchise automotive stores.
  • Knowledge of Dealertrack, RouteOne, and VinSolutions CRM.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
