  • Overseeing the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
  • Coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
  • Investigating variances in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Controlling and evaluating the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for financial planning and cost analysis.
