Responsibilities
• Executes trade orders for stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment products.
• May provide trading service to registered representatives or for internal company purposes.
• Executes moderately complex purchases and sales of investment products in a timely and efficient manner.
• Explains trading procedures to reps and other customers, answers questions and provides quotes.
• Researches and resolves issues for trade related issues.
• Ensures that all trades meet internal and external compliance standards.
• Checks to verify proper licensing of outside representatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Demonstrates understanding of administration business and knowledge of company products and services.
• Ability to manage tasks in an assertive, efficient, and timely manner.
• Must be able to multitask and keep calm under pressure.
• Detailed oriented.
• Registered with the following FINRA licenses.
