Job Introduction


At RMC, the Assistant Manager role is a high-impact sales position responsible for driving revenue, growing accounts, and maximizing branch performance. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by results, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy actively selling financial products while building strong customer relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities


Achieve individual and branch sales goals by driving performance, improving retention, and contributing to profitability
Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle
Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement and outbound outreach
Deliver a high-energy, service-focused customer experience
Process cash transactions and payments accurately while maintaining compliance
Manage delinquency and help resolve past-due accounts
Transport funds and deposits as part of branch operations
Support team performance through additional responsibilities as needed


Minimum Qualifications


High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling
Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law
Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation (required for bank deposits)

Working Conditions


Office-based role providing consumer loan services in person and by phone. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
