From site selection to data center construction and operations, Stream develops wholesale colocation capacity and build-to-suit facilities for hyperscale and enterprise users in major markets across the United States. Additionally, Stream sources and develops low-risk land sites for optimum data center development and provides energy procurement services with a focus on reducing market risk and providing low-cost renewable energy options.ย 

The Financial Applications Administrator is a key role entrusted with managing and optimizing our financial systems such as NetSuite and treasury related applications. This individual will oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of these systems, ensuring seamless financial operations and compliance with industry standards. Through close collaboration with various departments, they will align financial technology initiatives with broader organizational objectives. They will champion skill enhancement and innovation. Their overarching goal will be to maintain a resilient financial infrastructure that consistently meets and exceeds industry benchmarks.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • System Administration:ย Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our NetSuite platform, Concur, other AP Solutions, bank feeds, and all related financial applications and systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Integration Management:ย Manage integrations between NetSuite and other financial systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Customization and Development:ย Develop and implement custom scripts, workflows, and reports to enhance system functionality and meet business requirements.
  • Security Management:ย Implement and monitor security measures to protect financial data, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Vendor Management:ย Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of financial technology solutions.
  • Disaster Recovery:ย Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring the financial systems can recover from disruptions.
  • Performance Monitoring:ย Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing improvements to optimize operations.
  • Compliance:ย Ensure all financial technology activities adhere to internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:ย Work with other departments to ensure the financial systems meet their needs and support organizational goals.
  • Ability to work from the office two to three days a week.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, a related field, or equivalent and proven experience.
  • 5+ years experience in managing financial systems, particularly NetSuite.
  • Displays excellent leadership and self-sufficient qualities.
  • Robust understanding of financial system security practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • NS (NetSuite) Certified.
  • Advanced certifications in relevant financial technology disciplines.
  • Proven track record in developing financial technology strategies and successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in leading financial technology transformations or large-scale projects.

The pay range for this role is between $125,000 - $154,000 (base). Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons. Stream Data Centers offers annual bonus, benefits, flexible time off (vacation), 401k and a variety of other perks and benefits.
