And we are a leading provider of connected systems, processing nearly 165 million transactions each year across 50+ individual tolling authorities. 

Position Overview:

Verra Mobility is hiring a Manager of Finance Systems to oversee the design, administration, and continuous improvement of key finance-related applications. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role will identify and execute high-priority initiatives focused on driving process efficiencies, strengthening internal controls, and improving the effectiveness and reliability of financial reporting. The position will work at the intersection of the CAO organization, Product, and Support, partnering with key stakeholders to help prioritize and drive finance systems and product roadmap initiatives.     

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the hands-on administrator for ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), and the broader Oracle EPM suite.
  • Partner directly with cross-functional Finance and Accounting teams to manage system changes, build custom reports, configure metadata, and troubleshoot routine operational issues.
  • Oversee data loads, maintain FDMEE / Data Integration maps, and ensure seamless synchronization between EPM applications and underlying source systems (ERPs).
  • Manage month-end and quarter-end close administrative tasks within FCCS and ARCS, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting
  • Translate business requirements from finance leadership into technical updates, security modifications, business rules, and form/dashboard configurations.
  • Serve as the system administrator for Blackline
  • Resolve issues by coordinating business user with IT
  • Manage changes to the global chart of accounts to ensure consistent presentation of financial statements across business units
  • Lead efforts to remediate internal control deficiencies by working with control owners to design, develop and roll out new activities that mitigate the applicable risk
  • Own and execute operational SOX controls across finance applications, supporting quarterly control performance, evidence documentation, and internal and external audit walkthroughs (ITGCs/ITACs).

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on administration experience across ARCS, FCCS, and PBCS (Enterprise Performance Management Cloud ecosystem).
  • Minimum of four years of experience supporting a finance organization.
  • Strong understanding of core financial concepts, including accounting close cycles, consolidations, financial planning, and account reconciliations.
  • Proven experience managing EPM Data Integrations, metadata updates, security groups, member formulas, and business rules.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex data discrepancies, broken integrations, and user access issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and identify improvement opportunities
  • Experience operating in a SOX-compliant environment, including control execution, audit support, and change management discipline across financial systems.
  • Project management experience with a track record of meeting expectations and delivering agreed-upon results
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact cross-functionally with individuals and departments throughout the business
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
  • Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including summarization of detailed data
  • Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise organizations through transformation.
  • Oracle EPM Cloud Certifications (FCCS, ARCS, or PBCS) preferred.
