Job Description

SOSi is seeking an Intermediate Systems Engineer to support production operations, software deployments, and enterprise application sustainment for a large federal information system.

The Intermediate Systems Engineer will support day-to-day production operations, software releases, system administration, configuration management, and operational troubleshooting activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support production operations.
  • Assist with software deployments and release activities.
  • Monitor production environments and troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Support configuration management and documentation.
  • Coordinate with software engineers and customer stakeholders to resolve production issues.
  • Support testing and implementation activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
