Job description

The Office Manager/Bookkeeper (Remote) plays a vital role in supporting a larger finance team through comprehensive office management and meticulous bookkeeping. This position involves cross-departmental collaboration and direct reporting to the CEO, Operations Manager, and CFO. The role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong focus on ensuring financial accuracy and smooth office operations without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and scheduling
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable and payroll management
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and budget tracking
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintain compliance monitoring
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and data entry
  • Facilitate communication across departments and with external partners
