Full Time Orlando, FL, US

Acrisure Mortgage is seeking a motivated Junior RPA Developer to join our Automation team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who is interested in software development, process automation, and using technology to improve how people work.

In this role, you will work alongside experienced developers, project managers, business analysts, and business teams to design, build, test, and support robotic process automation solutions using UiPath.

The ideal candidate does not need extensive professional RPA experience. We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with UiPath, programming concepts, APIs, databases, or workflow automation is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain robotic process automation solutions using UiPath.
  • Work with senior developers and business analysts to translate business requirements into automated workflows.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Build automations that interact with desktop applications, web applications, Microsoft Office products, APIs, databases, and other enterprise systems.
  • Assist with testing, debugging, and troubleshooting automation workflows.
  • Monitor production automations and help investigate failures or unexpected behavior.
  • Document automation workflows, technical designs, configuration requirements, and support procedures.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business users during user acceptance testing and implementation.
  • Assist with maintaining UiPath Orchestrator environments, queues, assets, schedules, and processes.
  • Continuously develop technical skills related to RPA, APIs, AI, software development, and emerging automation technologies.
Qualifications Required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent technical training or demonstrated experience will also be considered.
  • Basic understanding of programming or software development concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to logically break down a business process into individual steps and decision points.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Strong willingness to learn new technologies and development techniques.
Preferred
  • Exposure to UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, or UiPath Academy.
  • UiPath certifications or completion of UiPath Academy training.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data manipulation.
  • Exposure to Git or other source-control platforms.
  • Internship, academic, personal, or professional projects involving automation or software development.

Professional RPA experience is not required. Candidates who have developed UiPath projects through school, UiPath Academy, internships, or personal projects are encouraged to apply.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first several months, the Junior RPA Developer should be able to understand our development standards, troubleshoot existing automations, make smaller enhancements independently, and begin developing new automation workflows with guidance from senior team members.

As experience grows, the developer will take increasing ownership of automations from development through production support and contribute ideas for improving automation reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

You may be a strong fit if you enjoy solving puzzles, figuring out how systems work, and finding ways to eliminate repetitive work. You are comfortable asking questions, learning from more experienced developers, and working through technical problems until you understand the root cause.

This position offers an opportunity to build a career in intelligent automation while gaining experience with enterprise systems, APIs, software development, artificial intelligence, and business process optimization.

Acrisure Mortgage is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace. Applicants must complete all interviews without the use of AI or automated tools.
