Job description

A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Structured Finance practice in New York.

The ideal candidate will have 4โ€“5 years of experience and a strong background advising on structured finance transactions, including lending, securitization, or similar financing structures, gained at a law firm.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:
  • Work on a variety of structured finance and securitization deals
  • Assist in structuring, drafting, and executing complex financing transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sophisticated deal matters
Preferred Qualifications:
