The Financial Services Representative is responsible for guiding members through the complete loan process — from initial qualification to closing and post-funding follow-up. This position is highly administrative and compliance-driven, requiring meticulous attention to detail in handling sensitive personal and financial data (PII), verifying documents, and maintaining accurate records. The Representative utilizes the organization's CRM system to qualify leads for all loan products (excluding GAP and debt protection), converting them into opportunities ('wins'). Once qualified, the Representative collects required documentation through secure channels such as electronic signature platforms, the loan origination systems, or secured email, ensuring all information is complete and accurate. This role also includes a sales component, where the Representative generates contracts for loan and protection products, prepares closing packages, and finalizes transactions through electronic or in-branch signings. After closing, the Representative performs necessary follow-up to ensure all documentation is completed and members have fulfilled lender obligations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working in a compliance-focused, member-service environment that balances administrative precision with sales performance.
What you will do:

  • Manages inbound loan inquiries and provides accurate information on available consumer loan products and services. For bilingual roles, performs these functions in both English and the target language.
  • Utilizes the CRM system to qualify and manage all necessary loan product leads (excluding GAP and debt protection products). Converts qualified leads into opportunities by assessing member needs, documenting all interactions, and tracking progress toward closing.
  • Collects required member documentation via secure channels. Reviews and verifies the accuracy and completeness of all submitted materials, ensuring compliance with underwriting and company requirements.
  • Generates loan contracts and related sales agreements, prepares closing packages, and facilitates execution through electronic or in-branch signings. Ensures all loan documentation is accurate, compliant, and properly filed.
  • Conducts follow-up after closing to confirm all required documentation has been received, additional obligations are met, and the member experience remains positive throughout the process. Performs other duties as assigned.
  • • Maintains data integrity in CRM and loan systems by documenting every member interaction, loan stage, and closing action. • Collaborates with lenders, branch staff, and sales managers to ensure timely and compliant loan processing. • Adheres strictly to all privacy and data security standards in the handling of PII. • Provides consistent communication and updates to members throughout the loan cycle. • Supports departmental goals related to compliance accuracy, administrative quality, and sales performance.
Education
  • High School Diploma required
Experience
  • 1-2 years experience in consumer lending, banking, or a related administrative or sales environment.
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
