In partnership with the CEO and Leadership Team, the CFO provides strategic financial leadership to advance the YMCA’s mission, strengthen organizational sustainability, and ensure the effective stewardship of the Association’s resources.

The CFO is responsible for the overall financial health and integrity of the Association, including financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, treasury, investments, risk management, internal controls, audit, and long-term financial planning.
