Job SummaryThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial operations, strategy, and overall financial health of the organization. The CFO provides executive leadership in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, capital allocation, risk management, and investment decisions while supporting the company's growth, profitability, and long-term strategic objectives. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO serves as a trusted advisor to the GM, providing financial insight to guide business decisions and operational strategy. The CFO also partners closely with the company's private equity partners, ensuring financial performance, reporting, governance, and strategic initiatives align with investor expectations and value creation objectives.


Duties & Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and expansion initiatives.
  • Drive long-term financial planning and sustainable growth.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
  • Monitor company performance against financial targets.
  • Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare strategic financial reports and presentations.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

  • Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
  • Maintain general ledger integrity and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Report on revenue, costs, margins, and working capital.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.

Standard Office Hours

Monday – Friday; 7:00am – 5:00pm

While normal business hours are Monday through Friday, this is an exempt leadership position requiring the flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours as needed to effectively support the organization, its employees, customers, and stakeholders.
