Integrity is actively recruiting a Senior Financial Analystto join our expanding team.


The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and compliance across multiple business entities, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and the timely completion of reconciliations and reporting processes. The position coordinates key financial functions including month-end reporting, intercompany transactions, billing reconciliation, accounts receivable monitoring, and banking and covenant reporting. The role also supports transfer pricing, customer rebate administration, regulatory reporting, and year-end audit preparation while collaborating with internal teams to maintain strong financial controls and reporting accuracy.


This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate monthly financial reporting and analysis for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy of financial results and supporting management decision-making.
  • Review and reconcile key balance sheet and income statement accounts to maintain the integrity of financial records.
  • Oversee reconciliation of work-in-progress (WIP), progressed billings, and sales invoices to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and loan reconciliations within the ERP system to ensure proper financial alignment across entities.
  • Monitor and manager Accounts Receivable, the EDC program, corporate insurance program and support customer financial risk assessments and credit analysis as required.
  • Coordinate PPAP job tracking and final invoicing processes in collaboration with project managers and operational teams.
  • Prepare and submit financial reporting packages and covenant compliance documentation for banking partners.
  • Support transfer pricing compliance by coordinating internal approvals, reviewing calculations, and administering related management fee invoicing.
  • Assist with year-end financial processes including audit preparation, labour rate analysis, capital asset reconciliation, and WIP reporting.
  • Administer customer rebate programs, government statistical reporting, and equipment lease tracking to ensure compliance and accurate financial treatment


Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in accounting/finance
  • Proven experience in a finance-related position
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting standards
  • Experience utilizing accounting softwares - NetSuite experience an asset, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
