Role: Senior SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support, configuration, and continuous improvement for SAP S/4HANA Treasury solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues impacting Treasury and cash management operations.
  • Support critical Treasury business processes, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, payment processing, and month-end activities.
  • Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and create detailed functional specifications.
  • Lead and support system enhancements, testing activities, deployments, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and technical teams to design and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Treasury functions and SAP Finance modules.
  • Support banking integrations, payment platforms, and reconciliation processes to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Treasury transformation and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP Treasury solutions.
  • Extensive hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP S/4HANA Treasury.
  • Proven experience supporting production environments and delivering system enhancements.
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury operations, liquidity management, banking processes, and financial controls.
  • Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • End-to-end SAP Treasury implementation experience.
  • Utility industry experience preferred.
  • Experience managing debt instruments, investments, letters of credit, and financial risk management processes.
  • SAP S/4HANA Treasury or SAP Finance certification.
  • Experience participating in Treasury transformation or modernization initiatives.

The base salary for this position is $92,250 - $134,964 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
