Job description

Data Entry/Receptionist/Appointment Scheduler - Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Handle large volume, multi-line phone calls to include answering questions, note-taking, and taking messages.
  • Prioritize making outgoing calls to include appointment reminders, rescheduling, etc.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Maintain call records using a Customer Retention Manager program.
  • Under the supervision of the Office Manager(s) you will be responsible to schedule meetings for multiple executives and update/maintain multiple calendars.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information with the highest degree of privacy
  • May perform other duties.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience working with multi-line phones and scheduling appointments in a fast pace environment.
  • Requires proper phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to work with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email.
  • Eager and willing to learn
