  • Configure and customize the DMS platform to align with each dealership's workflows, integrations, and subscription tier.
  • Conduct data migration planning and verification to ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems to the Lightspeed SaaS environment.
  • Run verification sessions to confirm client understanding of platform functionality and validate configuration accuracy before go-live.

  • Manage concurrent implementation projects across multiple accounts using project management tools, maintaining accurate status, milestones, and risk logs.
  • Monitor and maintain personal project backlogs; prepare and distribute regular implementation status reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Document customer configurations and implementation decisions to support long-term account health and smooth handoffs.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with cloud-based platforms, CRMs, and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Asana, or similar).
  • Availability to work periodic weekends and after-hours during critical go-live windows.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential.
  • Experience in SaaS metrics, subscription lifecycle management, or recurring revenue environments.
  • Accounting degree or equivalent experience (beneficial for supporting dealership financial workflows).
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems, automotive retail, or powersports industries.
