Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of customer projects from order intake to final delivery. In this role, you will be the single point of accountability for safety, quality, timeline, and financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards - with no surprises for the customer.
You will work closely with Field teams, Planning, Operations, Sales, Finance, and customers to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from purchase order to final report and customer sign-off.
  • Act as the main customer contact during project execution.
  • Coordinate daily with Field, Planning, FSM, and MRO teams to ensure execution readiness.
  • Own project schedules, risks, and reporting using project management tools.
  • Manage project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and margin protection.
  • Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance documentation is in place before execution.
  • Drive project closeout and lessons learned within 10 days after completion.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management team.

Requirements
  • Experience managing end-to-end projects in operational, technical, or field-based environments
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of project financials, cost tracking, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to identify and manage risks proactively
