Identify and deliver innovative product opportunities integrated within digital experiences, ensuring responsible growth, improved access for underserved members, and alignment with financial wellbeing outcomes.
Design and refine products that better serve Lake Trust's current and prospective members, removing barriers to access and promoting financial resilience.
Analyze member behavior, market trends, competitive offerings, and internal data to inform product development and strategic decisions.
Define product requirements, success metrics, and performance indicators; monitor outcomes and adjust strategy as needed.
