Job description

Job Summary:
BILL is a rapidly growing Fintech company that empowers businesses by replacing outdated financial processes with innovative tools. As a Senior Product Manager on the Developer Ecosystem & Partner Platform team, you will shape platform capabilities and collaborate with engineering and partner teams to enhance the developer experience and accelerate ecosystem growth.
Responsibilities:
• Drive execution of core Developer Platform initiatives that enable efficient partner and developer integrations.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver a clear roadmap for APIs, integration workflows, and platform capabilities that support a growing ecosystem.
• Partner with engineering and adjacent BILL product teams to ship high‑quality, scalable platform features.
• Gather, synthesize, and translate feedback from developers, partners, and internal stakeholders into crisp product requirements and user stories.
• Elevate the end‑to‑end developer experience—APIs, documentation, onboarding, and integration tooling—in close collaboration with technical writers.
• Use data, instrumentation, and qualitative insights to measure outcomes and continuously iterate on platform usability and reliability.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Product management experience building developer platforms, APIs, or partner ecosystems.
• Strong technical fluency and a history of working closely with engineers.
• A customer‑ and partner‑centric mindset with a passion for enabling others to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of effective cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to deliver results in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
Preferred:
• Experience improving API developer experience (DX), documentation systems, and onboarding flows.
• Background working with embedded partners or third‑party app marketplaces.
