Operates production printing equipment to produce instructional material into comprehensive training manuals, as well as providing supplemental handouts. Provides training materials in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.

Provide exceptional customer service to teams, faculty, and program participants; provide, clarify, and exchange information on production print timelines, proofing, and policy, regulations and procedures. Works with OLE staff to obtain their cooperation in meeting deadlines, which may include guidance on formatting, content, or preparation of training materials.

Proofing, editing, and making last-minute additions/deletions. Proofing of all output (page by page) to ensure equipment/operator accuracy.

Enforce all contractual support for technical services (maintenance, repairs, equipment parts, contracted supplies, consumables, etc.) Frequently on the phone with technical support for updates and technical assistance.
