Job Title: Presentation Specialist
Duration: 12 month contract
Location: Hybrid - 330 Madison Ave. NY
Hybrid: 2 Days on-site/3 Days work from home
Job Description:
Looking for a dynamic, detailed-oriented, Presentation/Desktop Operator to help support our growing team. Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the financial industry as a Desktop Operator within Investment Banking. Candidate must be on-site for at least 2 days per week, more if necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality pitchbooks, presentations, and other client materials using PowerPoint. Must be an expert in PowerPoint and be able to work with slide master to create custom pages
  • Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations and other print/design projects
  • Create custom design templates from scratch to match client’s branding, logo, look and feel
  • Proofread completed projects to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Must have solid knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator
  • Possess discretion to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
Requirements:
  • Two (2+) years’ experience in the financial industry as a Desktop Operator within Investment Banking
  • Please look for candidates who are an expert in MS PowerPoint + Financial industry/Investment Banking background is a must + professional demeanor.
  • We are not looking for a PowerPoint designer , instead we are looking for somebody who can analyze and convert given data into bar , chart, or graphical representations for Investment Bankers.
