In addition to manufacturing, the site provides comprehensive aircraft maintenance, technical support, and quality oversight, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and customer requirements, while continuing to expand production capabilities and reinforcing its role as a center of excellence for rugged,missionreadyturboprop aircraft within Daher's global network.

Job Description:

We are seeking to add a Production Planner to our Sandpoint, ID facility. This role is responsible for issuing Production Work Orders to the production floor, supporting the integration of engineering and Method of Manufacture (MOM) changes into the production environment, and expediting materials to ensure efficient production flow.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate production records
  • Print and assemble job travelers for production use
  • Assist in creating and issuing Production Work Orders to the shop floor
  • Incorporate Engineering and MOM changes into production, including updates to work-in-progress (WIP) orders
  • Monitor, manage, and resolve material shortages
  • Execute low-risk job entry functions
  • Respond to and resolve production control and planning issues in a timely manner
  • Expedite materials to meet production schedules
  • Process Part Removal Tickets and generate associated jobs and parts
  • Support production timelines, including working overtime as needed
What you need to have:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree (or equivalent) or a minimum of 3 years of directly related experience in Supply Chain or Production preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows-based systems and business applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

Information related to the position:

  • The compensation range is $45,000 to $55,000 base salary plus an annual target bonus.
