Job Summary

In this fully onsite position, the Plant FP&A Lead serves as the primary finance partner for the Cidra manufacturing site and a key member of the Site Leadership Team. This role provides financial leadership to support operational performance, cost discipline, and strategic decisionmaking for the plant. The position oversees sitelevel financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and capital investment evaluation while ensuring accurate representation of plant results in partnership with Controllership and Global Financial Services. The Plant FP&A Lead works crossfunctionally with all departments within the facility to drive financial transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual actuals versus budget/forecast, delivering clear insights on cost drivers, operational variances, absorption, materials usage, scrap, and efficiency trends.
  • Leads the plant's monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, partnering with functional and operational leaders to develop accurate assumptions and ensure alignment with Operating Unit expectations.
  • Lead digitization of the site leveraging SAP, Power BI and technology lead initiatives
  • Lead and support the alignment of the FP&A Operating Model
  • Partners with Controllership and Global Financial Services (GFS) during monthly and quarterly close cycles to review site results, validate reasonableness, and provide operational context for journal entries and variances.
  • Collaborates crossfunctionally with all plant departments-including Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Engineering, and EHS-to support decisionmaking, cost control, and performance improvement.
  • Participates in or leads regional/global FP&A initiatives and special projects, representing the plant and contributing to broader process and capability enhancements.
  • Coordinate and prepare capital project financial models and related business case assessment
  • Identifies opportunities to improve financial processes, strengthen cost control, enhance operational performance reporting, and support continuous improvement across the site.
  • Other duties as assigned
Education
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required
Work Experience
  • 8 years of experience in Accounting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis required
  • Prior SAP implementation experience preferred
  • Successful experience in working across multiple levels of an organization including senior leadership required
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and business partnership skills.required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Exceptional financial acumen including strong analytical, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Expertise as a financial business partner and strong internal customer service focus.
  • Understanding of GAAP and internal control principles.
  • Experience of Manufacturing ERP and cost accounting principles.
  • Excellent problem solving, process improvement and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to present concepts and results in a concise manner.
  • Skills in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools (preferred SAP S/4 HANA).
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization and promote a collaborative environment. Excellent relationship skills and client-focused mindset.
  • Excellent oral and written skills; interpersonal skills, fact finder skills, active listening, critical thinking, time management, problem sensitivity and project management skills.
  • Ability to leverage technology to improve, analyze and report results.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, dynamic, and challenging environment with strong inherent project execution skills, including prioritizing tasks, balancing workload between multiple projects, anticipating next steps, adapting to changing situations and project scope.
  • Ability to comply with the company's safety and quality policy at all times.
License and Certifications
  • Finance and Accounting\Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Upon Hire preferred or
  • CMA Upon Hire preferred
Travel Requirements
10%: Up to 26 business days per year
Physical Requirements
Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
Additional Requirements
  • Medical Device manufacturing requires strict adherence to standards. Working environment is a manufacturing facility, which houses plastic injection molding machines. Must tolerate fumes and particulate generated from various plastics. Work areas are equipped with adequate lighting, cooling/heating and equipment that are in a good working condition. Must work constructively in an environment that may be stressful due to competing resources while at all times maintaining company confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work scheduled work week, plus overtime and/or irregular hours as required to complete assignments. May stand or sit for extended periods of time. Must transport oneself to and from other areas of the facility and travel to other divisions when necessary. Must have good visual acuity. If specifically necessitated by customer requirements, must be able to see with or without corrective lenses and distinguish color differences for product and safety issues
