Job description

Overview
Provides day to day office and financial oversight, management, guidance, monitoring and reporting of all capital projects and operating expenses. Accountable for the development and execution of contractual agreements, project budget forecasting and cash flows; change order management and project procurement documentation. Performs periodic reviews of all projects to ensure progress is within budgetary constraints. Actively interviews, trains and ensures staff follow the departmental policies and procedures, as well as the Corporate Facilities Policy. Prepares the departmental annual operating plan and assists the Vice President, Facilities & Construction with the annual operating plan for all other reporting departments, as well as the System-wide capital project plan.
