Quest is looking to hire motivated students for our Finance Leadership Development Program (QFLDP). QFLDP has been designed to provide an opportunity to gain a solid understanding of the business and develop strong analytical skills that will prepare individuals for management roles in the Finance function.

Responsibilities

Individuals will typically spend 24 months in one area. Unlike our undergraduate QFLDP candidates who go through 3 rotations of 1-2 years each, QFLDP at the MBA level is built as a fast track to management. The goal of this program is to prepare a candidate for a manager role in Finance in 24 months. Incoming hires are given immediate and meaningful responsibility in one of the key areas in the Finance organization. The program is designed to provide business critical job experiences and develop well-rounded finance and business leaders. As a professional in the Finance organization, you will take part in:

  • Performing advanced financial analyses and month end reporting to provide recommendations
  • Using programs such as MS Excel, Access, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze large quantities of data
  • Interpreting financial data for partners within and outside of Finance
  • Developing business strategy and executing shareholder value initiatives
  • Benchmarking competitive position
Qualifications
  • Currently working towards an MBA
  • Exceptional financial and analytical skills
  • Innovative thinker comfortable with ambiguity to complete tasks
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally in a matrix environment and build/maintain relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Strong PC skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Prior work experience required; specifically in finance and / or healthcare industry is a plus
