Job description

Job Title: Finance Manager – MedTech Center Finance (Osprey Project)

Location: Raritan, NJ (1000 US Highway 202 South) – Hybrid

12+ Months Contract

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to support the Osprey Project within MedTech Center Finance. This role will focus heavily on financial separation management, chart of accounts mapping, expense setup, and providing cross-regional financial reporting guidance. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and supply chain finance operating in a complex enterprise or divestiture/separation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Chart of Accounts & Expense Management: Set up and map expenses accurately into the Chart of Accounts (COA) for both the Supply Chain RemainCo and the to-be-separated Supply Chain entity.

Separation Financial Guidance: Provide clear financial reporting and accounting guidance to regional Supply Chain finance/accounting counterparts across global organization units.

Tracking & Oversight: Oversee, manage, and reconcile all Supply Chain RemainCo vs. to-be-separated company Supply Chain expenses throughout the remainder of the fiscal year.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with regional finance teams, supply chain operations, and project leadership to ensure smooth financial separation execution and compliance.

Required Qualifications & Non-Negotiable Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).

Core Accounting Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of corporate accounting, general ledger, and Chart of Accounts (COA) setup.

Financial Reporting: Proven experience creating financial reporting guidelines and managing complex financial models during corporate separations, carved-outs, or divestitures.

Supply Chain Experience: Direct experience supporting Supply Chain finance/accounting operations.

Enterprise ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar financial platforms.

Communication & Leadership: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to guide regional and global cross-functional accounting partners.
