Overview

We are looking for a motivated Operations Manager (Sr. Associate) to join the client operations team for the Walmart account.

Responsibilities
  • General
    • Help maintain and evolve internal tools, trackers, and documentation to drive consistency, transparency, and knowledge-sharing across capabilities.
    • Contribute to knowledge management efforts-developing processes and templates to capture and scale best practices and learnings across disciplines.
    • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen capability adoption and talent continuity, helping to embed tools, behaviors, and best practice frameworks into team culture.
    • Continuously refine and improve operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency across client accounts.
    • Participate in team meetings to understand what's happening on the account and apply that knowledge to day-to-day tasks
  • Campaign Operations
    • Take ownership of technical implementation, ensuring seamless integration of proprietary solutions such as the Creative Trafficking Grid in Smartsheet.
    • Proactively support team members in troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of these systems, resolving technical support requests with agility and precision.
    • Lead technical training sessions and internal meetings dedicated to best practices in tool usage and process adherence
  • Financial Operations
    • Own financial reports and QA-meet deadlines, keep data pristine, and set the gold standard.
    • Efficiently process, manage, and media authorizations (MAFs) using Publicis Authorize (proprietary tool). Ensure all details align with approved budgets and maintain thorough organization and timely filing of each MAF upon creation.
  • Account Operations
    • Streamline team access and keep directories sharp for every new arrival and farewell.
    • Deliver clear, and timely timekeeping information, equipping the team to track hours accurately
    • Champion sleek, user-friendly SharePoint sites and drive best practices.
    • Deliver onboarding that's memorable, swift, and empowers every new team member.
 Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing / advertising highly preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in media planning, media operations, media buying, or project management
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to take strong ownership of tasks.
  • Collaborative and skilled at building relationships across teams and seniority levels.
  • Proactive in identifying and solving problems, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Clear communicator who simplifies complex operations into accessible tools and plans.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Equally effective working independently or within a team, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Resourceful and persistent, willing to dig into challenges and ask the right questions as needed.
  • Embraces the transformative potential of artificial intelligence, leveraging AI-driven tools and processes to enhance efficiency, support informed decision-making, and foster innovation across teams and operations.
  • Good working knowledge of project planning tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.

  • Awareness of employee experience concepts and the role of operations in enabling culture and engagement. 
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and/or media planning principals a plus
