A well-established financial services organization in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small office location. The Financial Operations Manager will serve as a key local leader, ensuring the office runs efficiently while partnering closely with remote leadership and corporate departments such as Compliance, Risk, and Information Technology. Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues, escalations, client concerns, audits, and operational reviews.
- Supervise and support a small team by providing coaching, feedback, workflow direction, and performance accountability.
- Partner with remote leaders and internal departments, including Compliance, Risk, and Information Technology, to support business needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen operational accuracy, and promote a high standard of service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
