What You’ll Do:
  • Execute on annual budgets and business plans for the location, leading the location to achieve the established goals and objectives
  • Develop, coach and lead all employees at assigned store leveraging management team for support
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and strong communication within the store as well as across the company
  • In addition to managing the location, will assume responsibility for direct customer sales, meeting annual individual sales goals and metrics
  • Assume responsibility for Deere Performance Metrics
  • Optimize the profitable growth of the business in all operational areas for assigned location: Sales, Parts and Service.
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or operations management
  • Experience with John Deere and/or competitive products
  • Ability to professionally lead and motivate others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet Functions
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
