Job description

We're seeking an experienced Finance & Operations Manager to oversee the financial and operational functions of a Keller Williams Realty Market Center. This role is ideal for a highly organized accounting professional who enjoys managing financial processes while contributing to the overall success of a collaborative, fast-paced office.


You'll be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the Market Center, including:

  • Managing daily banking, deposits, reconciliations, and financial records
  • Processing commission disbursements, referral payments, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
  • Reviewing financial statements, preparing journal entries, and assisting with month-end and year-end close
  • Managing agent billing, vendor payments, office leases, and operational reporting
  • Supporting annual financial processes, audits, and compliance requirements
  • Serving as the primary contact for building operations, vendors, and facility needs
  • Partnering with leadership to improve operational efficiency and support a positive agent experience
  • Providing backup support for commission compliance functions as needed


Qualifications

Strong accounting knowledge and experience are essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations experience
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger management
  • Experience managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (AccountEdge experience is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
  • Real estate industry experience is preferred but not required
