OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Compensation: $85,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonus

We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead our Las Vegas operation, develop our team, strengthen customer relationships, and drive operational and financial performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for dispatch, customer support, driver support, warehouse operations, and independent contractor performance.


What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operations for the Las Vegas market
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees
  • Improve on-time performance and operational execution
  • Strengthen customer relationships and retention
  • Resolve customer and operational escalations
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain independent contractors
  • Use KPI and P&L data to drive operational improvements
  • Partner with leadership to execute business initiatives
  • Create accountability and alignment around company goals


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of operations, logistics, warehouse, transportation, or distribution leadership experience
  • Proven people leadership and team development skills
  • Experience improving operational performance metrics
  • Strong customer service and relationship management experience
  • P&L and business financial understanding
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience managing customer escalations and service recovery
