Grad Dates: December 2027 & May 2028 grads
Location: Port of Miami Headquarters 
Format: Hybrid: In-person Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays
Dates: May 31st - August 6th

Work Authorization: Permanent US Work Authorization required

About the Department:

The Finance Department is responsible for tracking, planning, and optimizing the company's financial performance across a global, capital-intensive business. It's a dynamic function that includes Audit, Treasury, Corporate Strategy and Planning, Supply Chain, Investor Relations, Accounting, and more. They forecast revenue, costs, and profitability by ship, by brand, by region and department, helping leaders make smart decisions about where to invest and grow; ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions across all business units; manage cash flow; oversee internal controls and risk mitigation; and, they help tell the company's financial story with investors, shareholders, and analysts to build confidence in our strategies and results. This is a dynamic, global function that supports every aspect of our business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field of study with expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in related areas
