Job description

Ministry Brands is looking for a Corporate FP&A Manager to join our growing team!
Who we are

We serve more than 95,000 customers as a trusted partner in digital transformation and enablement - advancing missions, driving efficiencies, and building engaged communities for more than four decades. The diverse and real-world experiences of our team members serving their communities makes us stronger together and enhances our ability to advance digital transformation for the greater good.
Available Location: Alpharetta, GA
Hybrid Working: Team members are expected to come into the Alpharetta office as needed, based on business requirements and team collaboration needs. There is no fixed minimum number of in-office days; instead, attendance will be determined by project demands, meetings, and manager guidance. Any changes to your primary work location should follow the appropriate process as outlined in our handbook.
What You'll Do:
As the Corporate FP&A Manager, you will serve as a high-impact individual contributor within the FP&A organization, focused on enterprise-wide analysis, planning, and coordination rather than day-to-day business partnership ownership. This role will support senior finance leadership through strategic planning, long-range financial modeling, market research, ad hoc analysis, investment evaluation, and analytical support for M&A activity. You will help build scalable processes and decision frameworks that improve how the company evaluates priorities, allocates capital, and communicates financial implications across the organization.
  • Support the company's strategic planning process by coordinating inputs across FP&A, synthesizing key assumptions, and developing clear financial analysis to inform executive decision-making

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve the company's long-range financial model and related scenario analyses, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, operating assumptions, and leadership guidance

  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and industry analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and leadership discussions

  • Provide analytical support for M&A activity, including valuation support, financial modeling, diligence analysis, synergy assessment, and integration-related planning

  • Manage the business case process, including day-to-day intake, financial review, tracking, and governance of investment requests

  • Help streamline and enhance the company's investment evaluation framework, including ROI analysis, prioritization criteria, decision templates, and post-investment performance tracking

  • Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to evaluate growth opportunities, cost initiatives, pricing actions, operational improvements, and other strategic decisions

  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and supporting materials that translate complex financial analysis into clear implications, recommendations, and next steps

  • Own and coordinate recurring metrics packages, ensuring consistent definitions, accurate analysis, clear commentary, and timely distribution to senior leadership and key stakeholders

  • Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting, analysis, and automation through better tools, data structure, and AI-enabled ways of working

Who You Are:
  • Strategic, analytical, and intellectually curious finance professional who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems and turning complex data into actionable insights

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, private equity, corporate development, or related fields

  • Advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and Microsoft Excel skills, required

  • Experience with long-range planning, M&A analysis, business case development, investment evaluation, and executive-level reporting, preferred

  • MBA, CFA, or CPA, preferred

  • Experience with financial planning, ERP, BI, and AI-enabled productivity or analytics tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI, NetSuite, Microsoft Copilot), preferred

  • Ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, automate repeatable work, synthesize information, and increase the speed and quality of finance deliverables

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and coordinate effectively across FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders

Physical Considerations:
  • Ability to work in a general office environment

  • Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone

Travel Considerations:
  • Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 10%
