Financial Manager Recruitment – SIMING TIRE SUPPLY INCAbout the Role
Join SIMING TIRE SUPPLY INC as a Financial Manager Recruitment, where you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on professional to help drive our financial strategy and support the continued growth of our company within the tire supply industry.
This position requires someone who can manage full-cycle accounting for a small manufacturing plant, including daily bookkeeping, AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation, expense reimbursement, monthly closing, and financial statement preparation.
We are looking for a candidate who can wear multiple hats and independently manage the entire finance function in a smaller operational setting.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.
  • Conduct financial audits and assist with external audits.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Handle full-cycle accounting responsibilities from transaction entry through
  • financial statement preparation.
  • Manage federal, state, and local tax filings independently.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
  • Proven experience working in a small to mid-sized manufacturing company (preferred over large corporate environments).
  • Strong hands-on full-cycle accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of U.S. tax compliance requirements and filings.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks (Zoho Books or Microsoft Business Central is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarina Chinese (written and spoken) to communicate with China HQ is a MUST. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Wixom, Michigan (onsite position).
