Job Description

As a Financial Representative you will build long-lasting relationships, offer guidance while providing solutions to help clients meet their financial goals and objectives. Financial Representatives are supported by an onboarding process, training programs, mentoring and unlimited access to resources to assist their clients. Representatives are also supported by a network of specialists who together provide guidance on:

Responsiblities

Offer a personalized approach to providing customized solutions tailored to each client’s long term financial goals and objectives.

Provide needs-based analysis to help ensure the client’s financial goals are met at every life stage.

Managing financial risk and achieving financial security in the areas but not limited to; life insurance, disability insurance, longterm care insurance, annuities and investments.

Create a referral based practice to build your clientele.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution

Strong interpersonal and networking skills

Self-starter, go-getter mentality, ablility to overcome adversity

History of high achievement demonstrated by rapid growth and consistent, measurable results

Ability to develop lasting, meaningful relationships as well as influence others

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of sales experience

Entrepreneurial mindset

Strong preference toward professionalism and development

Pre - Contract Licensing Requirements (study materials and test fee covered by NM)

New York State Life, Accident and Health License
