Role and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the CFO and NA Finance Controller, the Financial Manager will independently lead and manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the North America region. This role is responsible for driving strategic financial insights, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, and leading cross-functional initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and own end-to-end sales/profit financial analysis, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership to align forecast and actual results for North America.

Independently manage and optimize channel inventory, WOS, aged inventory, and total inventory levels; develop and present inventory strategies to minimize risk and improve balance.

Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes; proactively identify risks and opportunities and communicate findings directly to the CFO and Finance Controller.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional financial projects, managing timelines and deliverables across teams; serve as primary liaison for HQ and subsidiary finance teams.

Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in corporate Finance or accounting, with demonstrated leadership and project management responsibilities

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred

Advanced financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and strategic planning capabilities

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders at all levels; experience managing or mentoring team members

Highly proficient with Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, or similar); experience with automation or scripting tools a plus

Excellent communication in both Korean and English (verbal and written) required; ability to present complex financial data clearly to C-level and senior leadership

Proven ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data into concise strategic recommendations and executive-level presentations
