Description
Graham Capital Management, L.P. is seeking a Financial Planning Manager to join our Corporate Accounting, Trading Services group, who will report to the Managing Director of Corporate Finance. The ideal candidate possesses a strong finance and analytical mindset. The candidate should be detail oriented and highly organized to manage several functions including trader compensation and financial planning/forecasting.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and administer trader compensation database
  • Calculate trader compensation on a monthly and annual basis
  • Support monthly financial reporting and planning initiatives, as well as ad hoc projects
  • Collaborate with Corporate Accounting team and auditors to complete year end audits for domestic and international entities

Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience within a hedge fund, including responsibility for trader compensation, financial reporting, and analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills to effectively breakdown and map out legal compensation agreements
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively and succinctly present relevant data and issues
  • Competent technology and data knowledge base to efficiently extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis
  • A team player with excellent project and time management skills to effectively work with our partners

This role requires that all employees commute into our Rowayton, CT office Monday through Friday, and work 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Base Salary Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $215,000. The anticipated range is based on information as of the time this post was generated. The applicable annual base salary or hourly rate paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors, including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience, skills, and qualifications.
Base salary or rate does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
