Job description

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience in performing financial policy management, research and development.
  • Experience in developing executive level deliverables, to include development of charts and graphs in support of statistical analysis and development of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience performing budget formulation duties, to include spending plan development, management of financial controls and distribution of financial authorizations.
  • Experience working accurately under pressure and performing multiple tasks with minimal errors; Organize tasks, effectively manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in performing duties in research, analyzing and reconciling financial transactions for accuracy, interpreting standard organizational budgetary, accounting or financial administrative procedures.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, analyzing and manipulating data in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other reports.
