Job description

* Assist with day to day activities within the office
* Prepare various monthly reconciliations
* Sort and file reconciliations
* Review invoices for proper approval
* Run and process department reports
* Answer phones
* File necessary paperwork
* Assist with coordinating events and completing office errands as needed
* Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
* Must be flexible in order to file/retrieve contract folders
* Operation of office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
