Cadent is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Intern to support our corporate AI Adoption initiative within the Finance department. As part of our "Project Curiosity" Enterprise AI Cohort, this internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and financial operations. You will play a direct role in identifying and building AI-powered solutions to enhance financial analysis, automate reporting, and improve efficiency across our accounting and revenue operations teams.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Use Case Discovery: Interview team leads and power users across the Finance department (including Revenue Operations and Accounting) to identify high-impact use cases for AI.

Agent Development: Utilize Gemini Enterprise to design, build, and deploy custom AI agents that address financial workflows, such as automating data reconciliation, generating variance analysis, or streamlining forecasting processes.

Financial Process Analysis: Map out specific departmental workflows that could benefit from AI-driven automation and optimization.

AI Enablement & Training: Develop clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials to help Finance team members adopt Gemini Enterprise effectively. Create prompt libraries tailored to financial analysis and reporting tasks.

Process & Impact Documentation: Track the impact of AI agents on financial processes, measuring improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and time saved. Support the creation of case studies to showcase success stories.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Familiarity with financial concepts and a keen interest in applying technology to solve financial problems.
  • Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A self-starter with a passion for technology-driven transformation.
  • Must be able to commit to a part-time (20 hrs/week) schedule from September 1st, 2026 - December 31st, 2026.
