RATE OF PAY $20 PER HOUR PLUS MILEAGE

You'll deliver exceptional service, promote Clearview’s products and services, and support a full range of financial transactions, all while traveling to serve multiple locations and representing Clearview at community events.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for members' financial needs, offering solutions, handling transactions, and building meaningful relationships.
  • Open new accounts, assist with account updates, and support lending opportunities.
  • Cross-sell Clearview’s full range of products using digital tools to match members’ needs.
  • Educate members on self-service options, such as a self-service kiosk or digital banking station, ATM, and automated phone service.
  • Provide accurate rate quotes and product information.
  • Resolve member concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Support Clearview’s presence at community and charity events.
  • Stay current on financial products, promotions, and policies.
  • Participate in training, team initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
 
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer-facing or transferable experience
  • Clear and effective communication skills that build strong, trust-based relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Understanding of financial products and services is preferred
  • Sales and cross-selling experience is highly desirable
  • Flexibility to travel between Financial Centers and work varied hours based on operational needs. 

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday: 9am - 5pm

Friday: 9am - 6pm

Saturday: 9am - 2pm

Schedule is based upon operational needs of the various Financial Centers this position covers.

 
Travel Requirements
This position requires the employee to travel between Financial Center locations during their scheduled workday, often on short notice.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Employees must have reliable access to a personal vehicle.
  • Public transportation or rideshare services are insufficient for this role due to the time-sensitive and flexible nature of same-day travel.
  • Employees must maintain active auto insurance that meets or exceeds the minimum liability coverage required by the state in which their vehicle is registered. Clearview does not provide insurance coverage for vehicles owned or operated by employees for business use.
  • Mileage is reimbursed in accordance with Clearview’s reimbursement policy.
This position is based in the McMurray Financial Center and will travel to the following Financial Centers as necessary; Kennedy, Robinson, and Canonsburg.
