  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Data Engineering Statistics or a related field
  • 12-15 years of experience in data engineering and analytics roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Analytics tools
  • Proven experience in financial services and wealth management domains with expertise in stock plans financial data Crypto and related business processes
  • Hands on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake
  • Solid understanding of data modeling architecture and governance principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms e.g. AWS Azure GCP
  • Familiarity with Analytics tools such as Dataiku etc
  • Prior experience working with Wealth Management team.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics KPIs and data requirements
  • Design build and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting
  • Translate complex datasets into clear business oriented insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations
  • Ensure data accuracy consistency and governance across platforms
  • Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover trends risks and opportunities
