The Opportunity
As a Deals - FS - Financial Due Diligence, Senior Associate, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information, focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn't clear.
In this role, you will be part of our Deals practice, where you will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills and address development areas, all while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets, and cash flows in client transactions

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
