Job description

We're recruiting for a Corporate Controller role with a privately-held, founder-run specialty food and beverage company in Seattle, spanning premium protein, packaged goods, and restaurant/retail operations under one roof. You'd oversee a team of divisional controllers, partner directly with senior leadership, and play a hands-on role in an active ERP transformation.

Base is $180,000-$210,000 plus a 10-20% annual bonus. If your background includes controllership ownership in food manufacturing, CPG, or another inventory-heavy industry, apply now!

Location: Seattle, WA — fully onsite, 5 days/week (relocation supported)
Compensation: $180,000-$210,000 base + 10-20% annual bonus

Must-Haves:

  • 7-10+ years progressive accounting/financial reporting experience, including team leadership
  • Food manufacturing, CPG, or other inventory-heavy industry experience
  • Demonstrated controllership-level ownership (division or corporate)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Strong Pluses:

  • Public accounting background (Big 4 or top national firm)
  • CPA license
  • Multi-entity accounting experience
  • ERP implementation/transformation experience (Business Central, Great Plains/Dynamics, or similar)
  • FP&A exposure (budgeting, forecasting)
