The Opportunity
A critical link between technical systems and functional leadership, the Finance Navigator Lead ensures data integrity and cohesive financial narratives for CMG and Site Ops Finance by overseeing USD 4B in OPEX and leading a team of 14 people. This role requires high-level strategic orchestration combined with tactical month-end close (MEC), overhead allocation, and balance sheet reconciliations.
A highly collaborative and proactive People Leader, this role will be instrumental in leading the Navigation Hub Team. They will actively manage performance, providing direct oversight, coaching, and professional development to the NavHub Analysts. They are expected to foster a culture of urgency, agility, and pragmatism within the team to effectively navigate evolving needs and ensure
the timely and accurate delivery of financial support to Functions/Squads. This role requires exceptional coordination skills to drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Leads execution of forecasting and planning cycles; serves as the primary consolidator and validator of figures before ECoE submission.
  • Data Guardianship: Acts as the "Data Guardian," optimizing back-end data flows and ensuring transparency in investment effectiveness.
  • Digital Leadership: Serves as Digital Champion within the federated operating model, driving automation, system optimization, and adherence to architectural governance.
  • Navigation Hub Orchestration: Coordinates workflow across the NavHub to provide fluid support to Functions, Squads, and Finance Enterprise Partners (FEPs).
  • Level: High-influence SPOC for the Heads of CMG Finance, Site Ops, ECoE, and SMA.
  • Collaboration: Coordinates across matrixed groups (Controllers, RSS, FEPs) to translate complex data into clear senior-level insights.
  • People Management: Directly manages and coaches a team of Analysts, fostering a culture of urgency, agility, and pragmatism.
  • Leadership: Accountable for professional development, performance management, and cross-functional synergy.

Who You Are
  • Education: University degree in Finance/Business; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years in Finance/Accounting, with a proven track record in team management and high-growth or tech environments.
  • Expert in complex ERPs (SAP/Oracle), financial modeling, balance sheet reconciliation, and data architecture integrity.
  • Highly skilled in hypothesis generation, and analytical excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity in fast-paced environments.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $161,000 - $299,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
