The Operations Controller (Revenue Audit Manager) oversees all revenue audit and financial control operations for a casino in Livingston, bringing strong accounting expertise and a comprehensive understanding of gaming operations to a critical financial oversight role. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of all revenue reporting, maintaining strict internal controls, and driving compliance with regulatory and gaming authority requirements in a fast-paced, highly regulated casino environment. Casino experience is required.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Operations Controller, Revenue Audit Manager, or similar financial leadership role within a casino or gaming environment, with a comprehensive understanding of revenue audit processes, internal controls, and gaming regulations
  • Strong knowledge of casino accounting principles, regulatory compliance standards, and revenue audit procedures with the ability to develop and implement effective financial control systems and protocols
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing revenue audit team while maintaining the highest standards of fiscal integrity and operational excellence
