**This position is an Onsite role based out of our Atlanta, GA Office**
About you:
The Senior Living and Healthcare Investment Sales Financial Analyst will be involved in all facets of the deal from start to finish. The analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis and analytical work to support a high-volume, industry-leading team. This position is a part of a collaborative environment with brokers, marketing, and project administrators.
In this role, you will...
  • Analyze/underwrite financials and provide reports on a timely basis
  • Pull rent and sale comparables
  • Provide market analysis
  • Assist with the due diligence process and verify findings
  • Perform basic lease abstraction and manage 3rd party lease abstractors
  • Maintain and produce quarterly and monthly reports
  • Underwrite income-producing assets using ARGUS and/or Excel
  • Analyze historical operating statements, budgets, leases, and loan agreements, as well as current market conditions, to determine financial underwriting assumptions
  • Review, analyze, comprehend, and interpret various types of real estate documents (including leases, appraisals, property condition reports, environmental reports, etc)
  • Present and discuss financial models to brokers and clients
  • Assist in developing content, writing presentation packages, and offering memoranda
  • Gather and track critical financial data points for research and negotiation purposes
  • Participate in pitch presentations with prospects and client meetings, and lead discussions on financial modeling

What you bring:
  • Experience with Senior Living Facilities strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related area required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related role
  • Experience in commercial real estate preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Argus, LoopNet, and CoStar experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a complex team environment across multiple departments and manage tight deadlines with minimal supervision
