Job description

Intro

We're an independent financial services agency focused on retirement strategies, and we're expanding our remote client services team. This is a training-provided opportunity to build a long-term career in financial services, no prior experience required.

About the Role

Your day-to-day is client conversations. You'll meet with clients virtually to talk through their financial goals, help them understand basic financial concepts, review available solutions, and support them in taking the next steps. This is relationship work, not a call center and not cold-calling a purchased lead list, you'll be trained on how we develop client relationships from day one.

Every new team member starts on the same path: complete your state life insurance licensing (we provide structured guidance and exam prep support throughout), then move into our training program where you'll learn alongside experienced team members before running client conversations on your own.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients virtually to review their financial goals and needs
  • Provide education on basic financial concepts and available solutions
  • Assist clients with implementing appropriate financial strategies
  • Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with clients
  • Participate in training and development sessions
  • Work with team members to ensure a high level of client service
What We Provide
  • Structured training program -- no prior financial experience required
  • Licensing exam preparation support and guidance through the entire licensing process
  • Fully remote work structure with a flexible schedule
  • Mentorship from experienced team members
  • A defined leadership development track -- advancement based on performance
  • Uncapped, performance-based earning potential
Requirements
  • Must be 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States, and currently residing in the U.S.
  • Able to pass a standard background check (required for licensing)
  • Willing to obtain a state life insurance license -- licensing costs are your responsibility, and the license belongs to you personally, not to us
  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and a quiet space to meet with clients virtually
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and willing to complete our training program
